PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Last Updated: January 2026

At LEPATRON, we recognize that true luxury is inextricably linked to client discretion. This Privacy & Confidentiality Policy articulates our rigorous protocols regarding the collection, protection, and non-disclosure of personal correspondence, horological measurements, monogram requests, and transactional information.

I. Information Entrusted to Our Atelier

We only collect personal information strictly necessary to fulfill your private commission delegations, including:

  • Contact Identification: Full name, telephone number (including WhatsApp handles), and private concierge email addresses.
  • Fulfillment & Logistics: Residential or executive delivery addresses, contact details, and statutory customs requirements.
  • Bespoke Commission Specifications: Horological wrist dimensions, buckle configurations, monogram initial preferences, internal layout sketches, and chosen hide selections.

II. Commission Purpose and Processing

Your data is utilized solely for the realization and dispatch of your commissioned pieces:

  • To review bespoke dimension records and confirm structural engineering prior to manual hide cutting.
  • To prepare private consolidated invoices and confirm international DAP transit logistics via premium express couriers (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx Priority).
  • To maintain confidential historical commission records should you request complementary horological pairings or archival restoration in the future.

III. Absolute Non-Disclosure and Transaction Security

We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize client data under any circumstances. LePatron does not deploy invasive commercial behavioral ad-trackers or share client portfolios with third-party promotional agencies.

Financial settlements are processed through certified, end-to-end encrypted international gateways (such as Stripe and PayPal). LePatron does not store, document, or possess access to raw credit card numbers or banking credentials on our local servers.

IV. International Rights and Data Rectification

In accordance with international privacy frameworks (including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant statutory standards), clients retain the permanent right to request access to, rectification of, or complete deletion of their personal details and consultation archives from our records at any time.
